The room was clean plenty of space to move around the spa really sets the room off and for a rainy valentines weekend i thought it was a perfect place to spend it all the different types of frogs we could hear through the rain was awesome and all.the different birds singing aswell the person that owns the place is lovely and the story aroumd how he ended up there was beautuful

Room was clean, well layed out, peaceful, soothing and extremely convenient to Maleny and Montville.

Private villas with beautiful views and quiet surroundings. The kitchen was well equipped and the room spacious, and included a twin spa. Breakfast supplies for a continental breakfast were left in the fridge. We stayed for three nights, with time to relax or visit nearby Kondalilla falls, Maleny or Montville

best part of the stay was the staff, amazingly nice! Room was huge, great appointments, heaps of atmosphere. Area was quiet and peaceful, and truly added to a fantastic enjoyable stay1

Don’t spend your money here
Booked as an able to sleep 7, as we are 3 single women. Arrived and there was 2 queen beds made up and only a daybed available but that had no bedding. So we had to share, which was not ok. Whole place was disappointing, outside spa bath full of bird poo, towells looked tired and frayed, dust under beds forming a tribe of dust bunnies, couch looked like it came from a 70’s share house and was absolutely exhausted. Could not
seat two as you would have fallen on top of each other. Compendium had not been updated since 2022, it said so on the menus. Overall it looks like the owner is very tired of the property, outside was channeling farm house, hay and dirt than tropical retreat. The price did not reflect value and phots are positively misleading.

Book this place only if you have a car. The location is in the middle of hinterland. Breakfast is minimalistic with jus bread n cereal
